For years, I kept telling myself the same thing:
“I can’t afford it.”
So I went without… and pushed through… and made do.
I thought I was being wise.
But recently, I found out I was wrong—and that one decision had been quietly costing me time, energy, peace of mind… and even money.
What shocked me most?
Fixing it only cost about $200.
I’m not exaggerating when I say it completely changed the way I work and lifted a weight I didn’t even realize I’d been carrying for years.
But here’s the deeper part…
This wasn’t really about money.
It was about a mindset I carried out of some of our hardest seasons—one that followed me long after those seasons were over.
And I have a feeling a lot of women are doing the same thing without even realizing it.
In this video, I’m sharing:
- The mistake I made living on a low income
- How it actually made life harder, not easier
- And the faith lesson God showed me through it
If you’ve ever felt stuck between being “responsible” and being completely worn down… I think this will hit home.

I’d really love to hear if this resonates with you.
