It’s been a year since I wrote Homeschool Room Idea’s-Create Learning Spaces and since that time I haven’t shared any of our Homeschool Room Updates! I love to keep this space always changing, fresh and exciting to be in for the kids (and maybe me too).

I find that one of the most fun ways to keep myself motivated and excited to home school is to constantly keep going through this space, keeping it organized and to just spend time in it.

Although I really loved it before, we ended up needing to expand and add more shelving and items to the space for the kids. Eventually it became busier and busier.

Since we utilized everything there and I wasn’t sure how to cut back, last Fall I decided to try painting it navy blue to ground it so to speak. I feel like it worked.

I really love this space and I love keeping it stocked with inviting educational books and toys for the kids. I’m a big believer in creating spaces that invite and inspire learning.

It looks a little greenish in some of the pictures but it really is more of a navy blue.
