Water Chestnut, Wild Rice & Chicken Casserole

Creamy, Rich and Tangy!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Cooked Wild Rice
  • 2 cans Water Chestnuts
  • 4 cups Shredded or Chopped Chicken (cooked)
  • 1 cup Celery, Chopped and Sauteed
  • 2 Onions, Chopped and Sauteed

Sauce

  • 2 cups Chicken Gravy you could used canned chicken soup
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • ½ cup Mayo

Instructions
 

  • Saute the celery and onion.
  • Layer the rice then chicken.
  • Pour the sauce over the top.
  • Top with celery and onions.
  • Bake at 350℉ for 40 minutes or until heated through.
