Spiced Cranberry Sauce With Coconut Sugar

Ingredients
  

  • 1 16 oz package cranberries
  • 1 container frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1/3 cup champagne
  • 1 cup raisins if you use golden the sauce will be more red
  • 1/2 teaspoon anise extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon clove
  • 3 drops nutmeg essential oil
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar or brown rice syrup

Instructions
 

  • Combine in a sauce pan and simmer approximately 45 minutes or instill thick. Stir it often, taking care not to let it burn.
