Fresh Strawberry Pie (Sugar Free, GF, Vegan, No Bake)

Ingredients
  

CRUST

  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

FILLING

  • 1 quart chopped strawberries save 3 cups aside in a bowl large enough to mix with
  • 1 banana
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 pitted dates or 1/3 cup raisins
  • juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
 

  • To make the crust use a food processor. Blend the crust ingredients until they look minced. Using damp fingers, press crust ingredients into the spring-foam pan.
  • For the filling, blend 1 cup strawberries, banana, vanilla, raisins/dates and lemon juice. Pour this sauce over the chopped 3 cups of strawberries. Pour into crust. Garnish with some sliced strawberries and refrigerate for at least one hour. Best if served within 2 days.
