Ingredients

oats

vanilla, maple extract, or almond extract

cup
coconut oil

cup
honey
1
tbsp
sunflower or regular lecithin

teaspoons
cinnamon
optional

seeds or nuts
Instructions
Combine all ingredients well. I like to use my KitchenAid.
Disperse on two or three parchment paper lined cookie sheets.
Bake at 250℉, stirring every 15 minutes. Bake until granola starts to turn golden (usually about an hour).
