My family’s favorite breakfast is my Bacon Breakfast Souffle. I decided I wanted to see if I could come up with a delicious sweet version, and that’s when the Snickerdoodle French Toast Breakfast Casserole was created! FYI, I do have this recipe in THIS VIDEO on my YT Channel, Mountain Mama’s Home.
This is for the sweet tooths, and it’s the perfect Sunday breakfast or brunch sweet breakfast casserole. That isn’t all though, you can make a couple of these up in advance! They even freeze well. My favorite breakfasts are tasty, but they are also made in advance because I love having my mornings for mental tasks vs physical ones.

If you like, feel free to swap out the sausage for bacon! It’s best if you can find large granulated sugar to sprinkle over the top! Don’t forget the final cinnamon sugar dusting, as this is what makes it “snickerdoodle”.

This looks delicious and can’t wait to try it out! I’m sure there would be no problem substituting almond milk for the cow’s milk. Just another question about one of your other recipes that requires a cube of butter. Do you mean a stick or a small cube? Could you give the measurement in cups?
