Neapolitan Pizza

I’ve spent the last two years honing my mock Napoleon pizza recipe. Although it’s not exactly like true authentic Neapolitan pizza I think I’ve got it as close as I’m going to get it without going to Naples for certification and getting the big stone, wood stoked pizza oven.
