Lately I’ve been trying out a new supplement called Daily Body Restore Probiotics. Having worked in the wellness industry for over 20 years as a holistic health teacher and Master Herbalist, I have very high standards for supplements, and since I’ve been quite impressed with this new supplement I’m thrilled to get to tell you about them today!

Why Probiotics

So if you read my PREVIOUS post in my holistic health category entitled Discover 5 Top Supplements For Optimal Health, you know that I recommend probiotics and enzymes.

Probiotics are strains of healthy or “good” bacteria found in small quantities of fermented foods like raw sauerkraut, but that the quantities are not enough for people needing to restore a healthy gut bacteria balance and support immune health. This is where probiotics come in.

Enzymes are supplements that help support the digestive system and aid in digesting proteins, fats, and carbohydrates.

Also in that post I also wrote about my current battle with hypothyroidism and that one of the symptoms of thyroid disease is lowered immunity which I’ve experienced for about a year now. Last winter was especially awful, I hadn’t been diagnosed yet and I was sick more than I was well!

I desperately did not want a repeat of last winter, so I’ve been trying to remain proactive in taking care of myself, and one of the supplements I’m using to support my immune system are probiotics.

What’s Special About Daily Body Restore Probiotics

Daily Body Restore is a perfect and unique combination of 10 enzymes and 9 probiotic strains to support both the small and large intestine health and the immune system. This is the first time I’ve seen a supplement that combines the power of both of these in one!

I was impressed to read the ingredients in this product because in my health classes I had begun encouraging people to take enzymes with their probiotics. The reason for this is enzymes can help support the digestive system and curb initial bloating & discomfort that can occur in some individuals new to taking probiotics.

I was so excited to see that Daily Body Restore Probiotics are a step ahead of most probiotics, and that they include enzymes.

Another extra special feature of these probiotics is that they are dairy, gluten, soy, and sugar free.

There are a few other things that I found neat about these probiotics, here are four of them;

Quality

One of the first things I like to look at when I choose a probiotic is the amount of good bacteria one dose supplies. Daily Body Restore contains 13 billion per dose. This is less than some, however when you consider this one product combines probiotics and enzymes to eliminate the need to take multiple supplements this is not too bad.

Cost

There are a lot of cheap probiotics and enzymes out there, but the problem is the low cost ones don’t usually get the job done that you are buying them for.

Daily Body Restore probiotics are not the most expensive probiotics, but they are not cheapest probiotics on the shelf either. There is a good reason for this beings they are quality probiotics, in my opinion. The price is comparable to all good probiotics that work, and slightly less than some.

My Experience With Daily Body Restore Probiotics

Here’s what I noticed within the first couple weeks of taking Daily Body Restore Probiotics.

Conclusion

I am very impressed with Daily Body Restore Probiotics. I intend to keep them on hand from now on and will be including them in my list of recommended probiotics to friends, family, and recommending them in my classes!
