DISCLAIMER; I have tried very hard to make this class as complete as possible, however, I am not a certified master food preserver or extension officer. I’m simply an experienced home canner who has been doing this for 30 years and who researches yearly to try to stay up to date and strives to practice “by the book” safe water bath canning practices. This course is a basic course to help you and is to be a step into getting started in your home canning journey. It should not be your only guide in getting started, and in the video I will share further information to help you successfully start your home water bath canning journey.
