As a mom, I think I have some no fail idea’s for you to choose from. I’ve created a list for you of five gift idea’s that I myself love-but I know I’m not the only one. These are idea’s I hear from friends that they too would LOVE to have!

By the way, if you are a mom of younger children I wan’t to tell you, don’t be afraid to be specific with your hubby about what you would like for Mothers Day if he doesn’t normally do much. Sometimes the guys need a little help! Since my husband came from a home where Mother’s and Father’s day wasn’t really a thing (I know, weird, right?) I had to learn not to take it personally when he would forget Mother’s Day. Eventually I just started asking him, “Can you get me ___________” for Mother’s Day??”

A Gift Certificate for a Photography Session

There aren’t many mom’s that wouldn’t be thrilled to have professional photographs of her and her family all looking their beautiful best. I’m not talking about candid snapshots done for free by a “fauxtographer” friend. I’m talking about the real deal.

Find a professional that is going to help the mom you are buying for style the session (stylizing is so important that it’s a make or break the end result detail and you really need a professional for this) and actually pose everyone. Posing is another make or break deal that insures “mom” isn’t disappointed in the end result (your gift won’t be a hit if all she has are cheap snapshots that didn’t capture her best angles and that make her feel ugly, okay?)!

Young Living Membership

If she doesn’t have a Young Living Membership she wants it. Trust me. If I had a nickel for everytime a woman bypassed a Young Living membership because of her husband, I’d be rich. Young Living oils are heavenly and some of the very best out there.

Essential Oil Diffuser Bracelet and Necklace

This is what’s on my Mothers Day wishlist! I’ve tried lava stone but I’ve found leather and wood work the absolute BEST as diffuser jewelry! When I use leather to diffuse the oils I can smell (and benefit) from them all day and so can my kids!

It’s so calming, like a break in the storm, to get a whiff of the oils for us throughout the whole day. One thing I really love about the leather is that it’s soft, so there’s no chance it will scratch my little children when they climb on me or I’m holding them like some pieces will. A Spa Day At Home

Massages, pedicures, manicures….you can’t go wrong with these! Get her a gift certificate to her favorite nail salon, or a gift certificate for a massage. You’ll both get some joy from this since she’ll probably be in a super relaxed and happy mood when she comes back 😉 !
